Ascend Faith and Fitness, LLC  ·  Last updated September 29, 2026

Your information should serve your Ascend experience—not become the product. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us operate the platform, and the choices available to you.

Who We Are

Ascend Faith and Fitness, LLC ("Ascend," "we," "us," or "our") provides a faith-centered health, fitness, coaching, devotional, community, and habit-tracking platform. This Privacy Policy applies to ascendfaithandfitness.com and the Ascend services available through it.

Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We collect information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, password credentials managed by our authentication provider, membership type, trial source, and account dates.

Fitness, wellness, and coaching information

Depending on the features you use, you may provide goals, workout activity, weight history, nutrition and fasting logs, habits, sleep, steps, water intake, injuries or pain notes, progress photos, coaching applications, check-ins, and onboarding responses.

Faith and reflection information

You may choose to save devotional responses, daily or weekly reflections, convictions, commitments, prayer- or faith-related notes, and similar journal content. We recognize that this information can be deeply personal.

Community, challenge, and uploaded content

We collect posts, comments, challenge participation and submissions, leaderboard information, and proof images you choose to upload. Community content is visible to other eligible participants as described in the feature. Content posted in a private Coach Hub is visible only to that coach and clients currently assigned to that coaching space. Private journals and progress photos are not displayed publicly.

Payments and technical information

Stripe processes payment-card information. Ascend does not store complete card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, payment status, and renewal or cancellation information. Our hosting, security, and authentication providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request logs, and security events.

Notification information

If you choose to enable notifications, Ascend stores a device-specific push subscription, your time zone, reminder times, notification choices, and limited delivery history used to prevent duplicate messages. Push subscriptions do not give Ascend access to other content on your device.

How We Use Information

Ascend does not sell your personal information. We do not use your private health, coaching, devotional, or reflection information for targeted advertising. As of the date above, Ascend does not send that private content to a generative-AI service or use it to train an AI model.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate Ascend, complete a transaction, protect the service, comply with law, or with your direction. Providers currently used by Ascend include:

These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. Ascend may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security, to protect someone’s safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale. We do not disclose private member records to churches, trial-campaign sources, or other members merely because a person joined through their link.

If you join Ascend through an independent coach or are assigned to a coach, that coach can access the fitness, nutrition, habit, progress, check-in, and coaching information needed to provide their services. Independent coaches operate their own coaching businesses and are responsible for how they use information accessed for that relationship. Coaches cannot access clients assigned to another coach.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Ascend uses browser storage and similar technology necessary to keep you signed in, protect account sessions, remember interface choices, and support core features. Ascend does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. If we later introduce optional analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent required by applicable law.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and member-created records while your account is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Different records may require different retention periods.

You can delete certain content directly within Ascend. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated personal information, email Ascend.ff.coaching@gmail.com from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity. Deletion does not require us to erase information that must be retained by law or limited records required for security, fraud prevention, transaction history, or legal claims. Information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten.

Your Choices

You may choose which optional logs, reflections, photos, community posts, or challenge entries to submit. You can turn notification categories or all notifications off in Account Settings, and you can also revoke permission in your browser or device settings. You may update certain information in Ascend, delete supported content, manage your subscription through Account Settings, or contact us to request help with your information. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of personal information.

Security and Health Information

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated accounts, access controls, private storage for sensitive uploads, and secure payment processing. No service can promise absolute security. If we discover an incident involving your information, we will investigate and provide notices when required by applicable law.

Ascend is a general fitness, wellness, and faith platform—not a healthcare provider or medical-record system. Information entered into Ascend generally is not protected by HIPAA unless Ascend is specifically operating on behalf of a HIPAA-covered organization. We still treat member health and wellness information as sensitive and apply applicable consumer privacy and breach-notification requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Ascend is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to Ascend, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

External Links and Changes

Ascend may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as Ascend changes or as legal requirements develop. We will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
