Ascend combines structured fitness, nutrition, habit tracking, biblical encouragement, community, and optional coaching to help Christians build consistent habits and steward their bodies well.
Faith · Discipline · Consistency
You already know what you should be doing. The problem was never information — it's consistency. Sound familiar?
Good intentions. Inconsistent actions.
Ascend exists to close that gap — helping you build the kind of practical discipline, rooted in Christ, that turns what you believe into what you actually do. Not through more willpower. Through a system, and through becoming someone whose yes actually means yes.
Your fitness, your nutrition, your habits, and your walk with God were never meant to be separate parts of your life. Here's where that plays out in practice — every day, tracked together instead of scattered across five different apps.
Every habit that actually matters, in one checklist — synced to exactly what's assigned to you that day.
Structured plans for every level. Don't like an exercise? Swap it with one tap for a real alternative.
Every workout, habit, and devotional shows up right on your calendar — so you can actually see the pattern.
Your TDEE and macros, set for you. Fasting today? One tap and it still counts.
A new devotional every day, sitting right next to your workout — not another app you forget to open.
Every tool here supports one goal: helping your daily actions actually reflect your convictions — not just for a week, for good.
Fifteen-plus structured programs, 3 to 6 days a week, full-gym or fully at-home. It removes the guesswork so the only thing left to practice is showing up — consistently.
Dedicated libraries for core work, cardio, and stretching. Pick your days, and discipline in the details happens automatically — instead of depending on you remembering.
Real mobility and rehab work for back, shoulder, knee, hip, neck, and more — because stewardship means taking care of the body you've been given, not just pushing through pain.
Your calories and macros calculated for your goals. Log meals normally, or mark a fasting day — either way, it's daily practice in intentionality, not just a number to hit.
Water, steps, sleep, and weight — logged daily, with your calendar showing exactly how consistent you've really been. This is where good intentions either become real habits, or you find out where the gap actually is.
A new devotional every single day, built right into your routine — because Christ isn't an add-on to this program. He's the foundation of why we train, how we define discipline, and who we're ultimately trying to honor.
For coaching clients — a weekly check-in your coach actually reads, tracking adherence, energy, stress, and progress. A real look at whether your actions are matching what you said you'd do.
Share progress, cheer each other on, and take on challenges together. Discipline is difficult in isolation — surround yourself with other believers trying to live intentionally too.

Daily devotionals and habit tracking keep you grounded and moving forward every single day.
Fitness taught me discipline long before it ever changed how I looked. I started taking training seriously about four years ago, and really dialed in my nutrition around three years ago — and what I actually learned wasn't about macros or programming. It was about showing up on the days I didn't feel like it, keeping commitments to myself, and doing hard things without waiting to feel motivated.
Somewhere along the way, my faith changed the reason behind all of it. Discipline stopped being about a better physique and started being about stewarding the body God gave me — and I realized fitness, habits, and faith were never meant to be separate parts of my life. My wife and I both got certified in personal training and nutrition coaching about two years ago, and Ascend is what came out of finally connecting those pieces.
I'm 28, married to my best friend for almost six years, and this platform is built on the same conviction I try to live by every day: your actions should actually reflect what you say you believe. That's what I want for everyone who joins.
The honest answers to what people usually ask before signing up.
Not at all. Every workout plan comes in both a full-gym version and an at-home/limited-equipment version, so you can train with whatever you actually have access to.
Yes — the monthly plan can be cancelled anytime, no questions asked. The annual plan is a one-time payment for the year at a discounted rate.
Ascend includes dedicated pain management plans for back, shoulder, knee, hip, neck, elbow, wrist, ankle, and foot pain — built around real mobility and root causes, not just working around the symptom.
Not at all. Plans are built for every level, complete beginner through advanced, so you'll always be training at the right difficulty for where you're actually at.
Every plan on here is built by an actual coach, not generated by an algorithm. Faith and devotionals are built into the daily experience, not bolted on — and if you want a real coach's direct input, 1-on-1 coaching is available too.
That's exactly what 1-on-1 coaching is for. You can apply directly through the platform, or book a free call first if you want to talk it through before committing to anything.
A structured system for your fitness, nutrition, habits, and faith — not just a bundle of app features. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime on the monthly plan.

Discipline in the gym means nothing if it doesn't carry into how you live the rest of your life. At Ascend, faith isn't a feature bolted onto a fitness app — it's the reason any of this matters at all.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
— Philippians 4:13
Following Jesus should affect every area of your life — including how you steward your body, your habits, your time, and your commitments. Daily devotionals and scripture reflections are built right into your training, not set apart from it. Discipline is the lesson fitness teaches. Christ is who it's all pointed toward.
